Automated Checklists
Helps users keep up with their tasks and allows managers to view their response times. Checklist templates automatically enter the common tasks for a case, assign the responsible employee per task and populate the due dates. Checklist template items can be country specific and administrators can change the checklist templates at any time, while users can add their own tasks to checklists.

Automatic Email Importing
Emails are automatically entered as communication records under the corresponding entity by matching their email addresses. For inter-agency emails, you can put the entity's ID in the subject line to have the emails automatically imported as their communication records.

Notification of possible duplicate in real-time when entering data, based on names, phone numbers, email addresses and street addresses. A link is provided to the duplicate record and the ability to disable it if it’s not a duplicate.

Modification History
View details of every change in the database, including who changed it, when it was changed, what the old value was and what it was changed to. Changes can be easily viewed per field, per entity or for the entire system.

See which pages users visit to monitor their use of the system.
