Hosted Solutions
Our Hosted Solutions are a really easy, worry-free and cost-effective way to get started and maintain your own SAM database. Basically we take care of all the technical stuff so your database is always secure, running well and backed up. There is no contract, nothing to install and SAM will work in any browser, including the latest version of Internet Explorer and Safari on Macs.
The Hosted Solutions have all the power of the enterprise-level SAM, are designed to fit any size agency and include unlimited database size, unlimited users, 20 GBs of document and photo storage, nightly backup and always the latest version of SAM. We have taken the work out of setting up, maintaining and backing up your own server and packaged our most popular modules together in a cost effective way. Below are our three Hosted Solutions options. Each of them can have additional modules added.
SimpleSAM
Our core system, SimpleSAM, includes all the forms and reports for families, children, organizations and other contacts that you work with, as well as the documentation and communication contacts that you have with them.
Adoption agencies and foster care providers can track where a child is located and the details surrounding finding a permanent family for the child.
Fees and expenses can be managed easily by assigning fee groups or a fee schedule based upon the country or state which the child resides, and preconfiguring fee amounts for specific fee types in the system.
Checklists can be added to help employees stay on track. In addition to assigning fee groups, you also have the ability to assign document checklists to ensure all documentation is recorded and received for a client.

SAMPak
With SAMPak, you get everything in SimpleSAM and you get to enjoy some of the automation tools available, such as Automatic Email Importing, Auto Actions, and Checklists, as well as total control of Permissions to filter what a person entering your system can view, edit and delete to very specific criteria.
SuperSAM
SuperSAM provides all of the modules that SimpleSAM and SAMPak have, but also enables administrators even more tools, such as Email and Document Templates to personalize repeated communications or prefill letters and documents for clients. Our Public Forms module available with this solution allows those interested in your organization to inquire or apply online through your website while maintaining the style and feel of your site. The information provided through the online forms goes securely into your system; saving precious administrative hours entering data. Also, collect donations, process invoices and receipts and perform bulk emails to communicate with a large group of people.

All of our Hosted Solutions include the following services:- Data Backup - All data will be backed up nightly on two separate on-line backup services in encrypted format.
- Unlimited Users - SAM can be accessed from any computer, anywhere. There are no limits to the number of users that can access the system at one time.
- Security Check - A SAM administrator will regularly check the server for any necessary patches or updates, and monitor the server logs to ensure that it is locked down.
- Firewall - A firewall that is always up ensures that your server is locked down and secure.
- SSL Certificate for Secured Data Transmission - SAM includes the setup and maintenance of an SSL Certificate which allows your data to be encrypted when being transmitted between the server and the client.
- Software Upgrades - Your system receives the latest version updates when available.
- 20 GB Storage Space - Provides ample space to store all documents and photos for all entities in your system, and additional storage can be purchased.
The best part of hosted solutions is never having to worry about maintaining a server, backing up your data or dealing with a lack of storage because you can trust us to handle this for you. Our IT experience and knowledge support your system. We use a third party provider, ServerBeach, to host your system in a state of the art datacenter and perform 2 separate nightly backups for you. For your own assurance, you can always export of all your data to a CSV (coma-separate-values) file(s) which can be opened with a spreadsheet program, like Excel.
